  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Carrier selection may vary based on location and shipping method.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the package has been dispatched.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • SleepyBerry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within same day with photos  & videos of the damage.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
